Aultman Health Foundation and Alliance Community Hospital have partnered to provide the best cancer care, close to home in the Alliance community. The goal of the Aultman Cancer Center of Alliance Community Hospital is to bring Aultman's advanced, award-winning oncology and hematology care to Alliance and surrounding communities.

The partnership will provide seamless, enhanced services, while allowing Alliance-area residents to remain local for much of their care. Patients will get the convenience of quality oncology care in their community with the expertise of a well-established team of medical professionals.

The Aultman Cancer Center of Alliance Community Hospital is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients with cancer and blood disorders. Dr. Amir Iqbal and his team understand that every cancer is as unique as the person fighting it, and provide a comprehensive treatment plan that is both personalized and innovative.

With access to Clinical Trials through the Aultman program, patients benefit from the latest treatments and emerging drugs. Located in close vicinity, collaboration with Radiation Oncology is easy and convenient. Dr. Iqbal and his team provide detailed education to patients on their disease and the treatment plan to ease concerns, improve outcomes, and ensure quality of life. Our team is dedicated to providing quality cancer care – and hope – close to home.

Dr. Amir Iqbal is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine, and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology College of Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, and did his Fellowship training at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA.

He is skilled in the care of patients with all forms of cancer and blood disorders, and is known for his caring approach to cancer treatment.

Brandy Hahn, RN, BSN, OCN, our dedicated cancer navigator, is committed to meeting the complex needs of individuals who have received a cancer diagnosis. She provides support through diagnosis and into treatment, and allows for one single point of contact for patients and their families. Navigation services are provided free of charge. Brandy meets with patients in doctors' offices and at Alliance Community Hospital.
